One of the market leaders in M&E services with 6 offices across the UK, the Northern branch of this office has a growing workload, much of which comes from repeat business from key clients. Current and future projects are based across Yorkshire and are likely to include commercial and PFI projects.

Based in the Manchester office of this large M&E Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts at any one time.
A Contracts Manager in this company means you are in control of a number of Project Managers that are responsible for a number of Site Managers. The contracts that are worked upon are of large scale and cover a wide range of disciplines. It will be your duty to ensure that each of these contracts are taken from conception through to completion and to the standard that is expected by your client and by this prestigious contractor.
Your work will be based in the North West region, although this company operates on a national basis.
